From my arrival to the hotel, at which time I had a flat tire in my rental car, the staff went out of their way to make me feel safe and well taken care of. From the valet parking attendant, front desk clerks, restaurant staff, personal driver they provided me, I felt like I was a Hollywood star. The service is beyond extraordinary.

The Courtyard is in a great location, steps from the MARTA & a block from Lennox Sq Mall. The valet parked the car and we did not drive again until we checked out 3 days later.From the upper floors you have views of Buckhead, plus clubs, shopping and restaurants are everywhere in Buckhead.

Wow...the staff was extraordinary! They treated us like family and helped in every way. The room was perfect and had a great view of Buckhead from the 10th floor.

This hotel is clean, quiet and located near MARTA, entertainment and very god restaurants. The staff is friendly and efficient. A good King-sized bed and good water pressure were a plus.

The service was slow and unsatisfactory. We called to get a wake up call and the man on the phone told us to call back and when we did they didn't pick up the phone, it took me 30 minutes to get silverware and a glass of water in the restaurant for breakfast and when complained they said they got busy but i was the 4th person in there that morning. Requested 2 beds but rudely said only had 1 bed available. Will not stay here again!

Hotel was convenient to Buckhead Marta, self-parking was easy. Internet access via cable in the room, wireless only in the lobby. The problem was tiny ants in the room, bed, etc and we were on the 10th floor.

Excellent location for visiting Buckhead area. I was visiting Atlanta for a wedding and was pleased with my room and the service.
