I checked into this hotel primarily because of all the great reviews, thought Id balance out the reveiws. Lobby is done well, rooms have been updated, found black hairs (plural) on top of the white bed spread, thermostate was spritzed with dried salsa, or catsup? Pool needs upgrading, and tended to/reparied. I counted 4 band aids in the water, and kept running into more hair floating! The staff seem to be doing ?A? job, Im drawn to hotels where I can tell the staff love their jobs. Wont be back.

I really didn't know what to expect. But, I was so surprise! The room was neat, clean, and smelled good (no stale cigarette odor) the staff was really nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Spent my birthday in ATLANTA.Hotel far from most attractions but worth it just for the comfortable beds,and the room. The bathrooms could use to be up dated..The toliet and shower ran all night. Closing the door worked.Fast food across the street.

Doesn't matter how far I was, it was ease to find ' cause it is right at the exit of the expressway.

Overall great experience! It was really hot outside and the room temp during the day was kind of warm - improved at night. Staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Bed was fantastic!

We were just in town for 1 night and evidently stayed when there was a baseball tournament in town and several family reunions. The facilities were nice and service was good. The children laughing and running up and down the halls past midnight was not good. But that was lack of adult supervision, not a fault of the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised. It was worth paying a little extra to stay in this hotel. It is clean, updated, elegant, the beds have tempurapedic mattresses, and staff & restaurant are very nice.

My daughter & I stayed 3 nights at your hotel - beds were very comfortable & rooms spacious. Loved having 4 pillows on bed! It got a little noisey during the night but there was a busload of teens! Did not get to eat there - unfortunately hotel was not conveniently located to drop back in during day. Truly there only to sleep. Thanks.

We were very pleased with the hotel. After arriving for check in it erased all our doubts about what kind of hotel we would actually be in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The reception desk was helpful and knowledgeable. The people were pleasant. It was easy traveling from the hotel to our destination. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The flight, the car rental and finally the hotel all came together for us with ease. Overall, it was a pleasant trip. If we had to do it again, we would.

As always the Crowne Plaza was an oasis of relaxation in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a big city. Room service, the food, and the front desk staff were wonderful. It is worthwhile to be a Priority Club member!

Hotel has recently renovated and the rooms are great. Comfortable and surprisingly stylish. Front desk staff not as great. Location is perfect to get anywhere.
