I was very pleased with my stay at the Crowne Plaza Northwest. The last stay was not the best so I called the manager to discuss my hesitance with staying there again. But this is the most convenient location for my out of town boyfriend and I to meet. The hotel staff was wonderful, my accomodations were as I requested and the room was very nice. The bellman even went to the store, got birthday candles for a cake I had for my boyfriend, went to my room while we were out and put them on the cake for me! This was up and above the call of duty! We had a wonderful stay there and look forward to staying there again.

We had some problems on the 1st visit, but they more than made up for it on this visit. We were very pleased with our stay!

There was nothing that I did not like.

We had a great time. The employees were very friendly. Hotel was nice. Location was good. Walking distance to other eating establishments. Very pleased with overall experience.

The free shuttle to event we went to. Al the driver was great!

Restaurant was a little too pricey.

The 296-room Crowne Plaza Atlanta Hotel Perimeter Northwest is a full service business-oriented hotel 12 miles from downtown Atlanta with 12,000 square feet of meeting space for banquets, business conferences and weddings. The pet-friendly property has direct access to the citys expressway system allowing easy access to all of the city and area attractions. Sports fans are a short drive from Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Dome, home of the Atlanta Falcons. Nearby shopping centers include Perimeter Mall, the upmarket Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza and Cumberland Mall.

This property is starting to show its age and is in need of upgrading, work which is expected to be underway shortly. It manages to get its yes recommendation because of its location, reasonable rates, facilities and helpful and friendly staff. Tip from earlier guests: Some rooms are better than others and those who have complained have been moved to more acceptable rooms.
