We did not know anything about the city so we had to sit in the hot parking lot until we could check in (almost 2 hours). Gas is to expensive to get lost in such a big city. Check in should be at least 2 PM. Other than that things were great!
It was very clean.
We had to wait 2 hours to check in at 4 PM.

Perfect for us because we came to see the braves play. I liked that the room had seating: loveseat and chair w/ottoman, this made it nice during our game down time. Hotel also had a computer that we could use. Overall, I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay near turner field.
Convenient to turner field; staff was friendly; room had couch and chair.
Chaos at breakfast; late when room was cleaned.

We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions over the last several years. They have kept the hotel renovated, always clean. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers and maintenance people, have always acted very professional and friendly. We will continue to use this hotel for years to come.
Very convenient to Turner Field. Excellent staff and service.
The pool has been out of order for two years.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have a desk with Internet access, for a fee, IDD telephone with voicemail, cable television, coffee maker and an iron and ironing board. Handicap accessible and non-smoking rooms are also available.
Amenities offered
The only meal served here is the complementary continental breakfast. However the Bull Pen Bar and Grill is adjacent to the hotel and it is an easy drive to Underground Atlanta which features numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool which is open during the warmer months. There are copy and fax machines available for guests’ use and the 24-hour front desk has information on all the area attractions. There is a coin operated laundry on-site as well as ice and soda machines.

This downtown inn just sneaks in with a yes ranking. Many former guests said the only good things about this property were the proximity to Turner Field and the staff who tried very hard to make one feel comfortable. Major complaints were the low-income neighborhood, which the hotel can do nothing about and the poor housekeeping, which management certainly can improve. Stained beds and dirty rooms need only be a temporary problem. Hopefully management will read this and get their house in order. If the complaints continue then the yes recommendation goes and the dreaded two-letter word NO will replace it.
