The 159-room Wyndham Vinings is a four-story hotel in the historic village of Vinings, Georgia just three miles north of downtown Atlanta. It caters to the business and leisure traveler looking for a quiet oasis away from the noise and activity of the city center. The property is within walking distance of Vining’s shops and trendy boutiques. The major attractions of Atlanta are a short drive away. These include the Georgia Aquarium, the Georgia Dome home of the Atlanta Falcons, Turner Field home of the Atlanta Braves and Underground Atlanta with its myriad of restaurants, bar and shops.

First time visitors here were amazed they were so close to the buzz of Atlanta yet staying in a Victorian-style inn in the country. Earlier complaints that the rooms were in need of upgrading can be forgotten. The entire property has been renovated to a high standard. Wyndham Vinings Accommodations

All the accommodation has been refurbished retaining its Victorian charm. Amenities include high-speed Internet access with a work desk and ergonomic chair, cable television with movie channels, pay per view movies and Playstation console, coffee and tea making facilities, two-line phone with voicemail, hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. There are nine suites with the added benefits of a refrigerator with icemaker and a microwave oven.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center and tree-shaded grounds for leisurely strolls. On-site dining is available at the TerraNova Cal-Ital Bar and Grille which offers a blend of Norterh Californian and Italian cuisine. There are other eating places close by or more elaborate restuarants and nightlife in nearby Buckhead. The hotel has meeting space for social and business functions than can handle up to 150 people.

From Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (18.5 miles): Take Camp Creek Parkway to I-285 North. Take I-285 North to Exit 18 (Paces Ferry Road). Turn right at the top of the ramp. Go ¼mile through two stops lights and the hotel will be on your left.
