I feel when a hotel such as the Marriott should be noted when booking the hotel is under construction. Lots of noise and some of the sundry shops were closed and only street access to the adjoining shops. Very noisy at times and the drop off was street side. Inconvenient

The hotel is very nice, it?s very big. The rooms are comfortable. However we had to ask several times for somebody to come pick up the trash after we had been gone for the whole day. Never changed the sheets. Thay left everything almost untouched. Bellboy got upset because he had to help us with some bags, he was rude eventhough he got a very big tip.

The Marriott Marquis was a very beautiful hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and ready to help at any time. It was within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park and Phillips Arena. The hotel menu prices were extremely steep though.

Pass key for room failed on night #2. Went thru 3 hotel shift changes that hadn't passed info to next shift. They were unable to correct the problem until about 12 hrs after the initial complaint.

This hotel is really clean and very professionally staffed. The hotel connects directly to an underground mall which was really nice.

Room was fine everything else was OK. Breakfast was $85.00 for the 4 of us, Ill will never eat there again, especially since there were places around town within walking distance. Rooms were really small. Bed and Linens were realy good and bathroom was perfectly fine. Elevators were slow and to nobody's fault, the pool was dominated by kids

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Beautiful room/37th floor overlooking Atlanta with floor to ceiling window making it a fantastic view of the city. Excellent restaurant, great waiter - very personable & knowledgeable about the menu selections & wine list. One of the best meals I've had - really first rate!
Great Stay - posted on 05/03/2006
Our stay was very relaxing and uneventful, meaning no problems were encountered. Very easy access from I 75, Olympic Centenial Park was within walking distance, Check in took less then 5 min. room was recently renovated and clean, we had heard that valet parking was slow so we were ready for this, only to find valet service was trouble free and recieved our vehicle three seperate times all in less then 5 min. Including check out service. Bellmen were friendly and very helpful when we arrived and departed ( I never touched a bag) Will DefinitelyReturn.

I've used this hotel for business and long weekends with the family. Service, rooms, and pool are excellent. Valet parking can be a little slow during busy times of day. This hotel is my first choice when traveling to Atlanta,

Very nice stay. We went there to watch a football game. We requested an upper floor and got 37th, which was awsome! The veiw inside the hotel was pretty cool also. The staff was nice and helpful. There's a nice sports bar, steak house, and an american grill all downstairs. No problems with parking. seems a little high for parking ($20/day) but, our parking was complimentary with the football package, the breakfast was comp also. I would highly recomend this hotel. Worth the money! I will stay here again!

Nice, but a bit scary... - posted on 07/05/2005
Convenient location-wise, nice rooms, and spectacular view of the city. Lobby a sight to see. We stayed on 46th floor and skyrocketed to the top in a glass elevator that overlooked the entire lobby. A bit intimidating, but exciting. Concerns: length of time to valet your car (there is no self-parking) and that at nighttime
AWESOME HOTEL!!! - posted on 01/07/2005
We stayed here for New Year's weekend and it was great! There were 10 rooms of entertainment!! By far the best new year's party I have ever been too. There was something for everyone... no matter what your taste in music or drinks. It was open bar. They even had a smirnoff martini bar!! I recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from everyone and have a good time while doing it. The breakfast buffet was surperb!! We live in Atlanta and it felt like we were in another place! Highly recommend!

I stay in Atlanta 4-5 times a year. This is one of the best places so far I have stayed in. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. My view I asked for was out of this world! The bed was so comfortable I could have just stayed there all day. I will stay there again.
Worst ever - posted on 10/26/2004
This was the worst Marriott experience I have ever had. The garage was full so we had to park in an unsecured location. The staff did not offer to take our bags so we had to carry them all over two blocks. The staff were extremely rude and curt. We will never stay here again.
