Rooms are very comfortable, Staff VERY friendly, Location superb. You can take MARTA directly to this hotel from the airport and it adjoins Lenox Mall so businessmen can take their wives (if business is good). Just as good as everything else is about this hotel is how bad the food is. Expensive, unimaginative, stale all apply but I suppose that any establishment that serves the 2nd rate cola doesn't consider quality food service important.

My stay at the JW Marriott was exceptional. I am in a wheelchair and the service, room and amenities were over the top. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Atlanta.

I visit at least 4-5 times a year. I like this hotel for being connected to the mall and it's view of the city. Some of the staff could use work on friendliness. Great breakfast but go somewhere else for other meals. Service very slow.
