Hyatt Regency Atlanta in Atlanta Georgia

I traveled with my wife & 15 year old daughter. We were told our room would have two double beds. The beds were really closer to twins and were too small. I found out after the fact that other rooms had appropriate sized double beds. Felt the hotel lost me in terms of customer service. Make sure to complain and then you might get what you had actually reserved!

Right in the middle of town. Within easy walking distance to AmericasMart/Apparel Mart. Many close restaurants to choose great food. Person at check in was slow and confused. Kept apologizing. Expected better at front desk.

We got great rate and quiet room in Nov. even though there was a lot going on at the hotel. Very expensive parking and high cost of breakfast made it not such a great bargain. Great convention hotel. Better service than most others in downtown Atlanta.

My boyfriend, one of his friends, and I stayed during the SEC men's basketball tournament. Even though it has a nice atmosphere the evening noise from the open bar in the atrium came into the rooms. Also the clean towels smelled burned as if dried in a dryer that was burning....nice smell to wake up to when wiping you face from a shower. Needs improvement on the hotel bar and keeping that noise from guest rooms.
