Nicely located (1000 feet to Cumberland mall - great for my teenage daughter); friendly staff. Accommodations are typical representation of Hampton inn quality - our primary reason for selection. Would stay there again - and again!
Clean rooms; reasonably spacious and comfortable; good value.

The hotel was acceptable, but the area of town just wasn't that great. Not too much to do unless you drove to another area.
The staff was very nice and accommodating.

It was nice and clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good.
Continental breakfast was good.
I asked for a non smoking room, but I was not given.

All the rooms have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, refrigerator and the choice of one king size bed or two queen size beds. Other amenities include cable television with movie channels, and pay-per-view movies, telephone with speakerphone, easy to set alarm clock, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board and a bathroom with hairdryer and night-lights.

Breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several fast food outlets nearby and the full-service Caraba's Italian Grill. The inn has a coin-operated laundry, elevators and gift shop. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on the area attractions. The hotel operates a shuttle service to nearby shops and offices. The inn has two meeting rooms for social and business functions. One can handle up to 10 people and the second up to 25 guests.

Many former guests came to this inn for a weekend getaway – and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Clean, comfortable rooms and a friendly crew of workers made it a perfect place to relax. In addition, there were good comments about no hidden extras. Internet access and a good breakfast were included in the attractive weekend rates. Most people who have stayed here said they were return and would recommend the property to family and friends.
