The Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta - Buckhead hotel is located eight miles north of downtown Atlanta, Georgia, in the heart of Buckhead a prestigious neighborhood noted for expensive homes, upmarket offices and shopping and fine dining. The 92-suite property is 18 miles from the Hartsfield International Airport and is a mile from a MARTA rapid transit station. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, parking, a hot breakfast buffet and a managers reception party on Monday thru Thursday evenings. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle to the MARTA station and nearby offices and stores. The property is well suited to the business or leisure traveler who wants more space and has more time to spend in the Atlanta area.

Each of the suites has a work desk with high-speed Internet access and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave oven. The one-bedroom suites come with one king size bed and the two-bedroom suites have four double beds. Other amenities include cable TV with movie channels, hairdryer, in-room safe, two telephones with dataports, voicemail and an iron and ironing board.

Most former clients enjoyed their stay citing the spacious suites, friendly crew of employees and reasonable rates as reasons they would return on future visits to the Atlanta area. However, others complained about delays with the complimentary shuttle that serves the nearby MARTA station and maintenance problems in the hotel. The pros outnumber the cons and the property, in an upmarket area, is a well-priced hotel with good facilities.
