The 122-room The Hilton Garden Inn Albany is one of the few full-service hotels in Albany, a town known as the pecan capital of the world. The property is equally suited to the executive or families on vacation. Items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, parking, local telephone calls and a copy of USA Today. The inn is close to the James H. Gray Sr. Civic Center and steps away from the Flint River. The hotel has 10 meeting rooms for business and social events. The largest, the Flint River Ballroom, can accommodate up to 900 guests.

Former guests to this modern hotel said it offered great value for money. Many noted that few hotels in Albany had room service and the room service meals were extremely good, and worth waiting for.
