The hotel was amazing, except for the location! Far exceeded my expecatations, loved the pillows, and the people were great.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with the level of comfort and luxury in the room.
I did not like the view from our hotel room, the highway.

Nice hotel that is very close to Downtown and airport. Room was comfortable but not the most modern place we've ever been. The free shuttle service was nice which saved us cab fare to visit Downtown. No places close to grab some snacks or drinks and the hotel has poor selection of room service and a few low quality items at the front desk, not what I expect from the star rating they claim to have.
Free shuttle service to airport, Downtown, and train station. Bed was very comfortable.
Staff does not go out of way to assist you unless you ask.

Filled with lots of Dave Matthews fans, very friendly and fun!
The cookies! And close to City Market, Beach and Cruzan Amphitheatre.
The air conditioning units were noisy - fan was always running.

This hotel was formerly the Radisson Suite Inn Palm Beach Airport. It got some good reviews then and it gets even better reviews with the Doubletree brand. Guests appreciate the large rooms, some with Jacuzzis, and the good location close to the airport and just a short drive to the attractions of West Palm Beach. Many clients say the rates are reasonable compared to some to the neighboring properties. Many travelers say they will stay here on future visits to South Florida and have no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
