Hotel is in a great location. It is not bad, but I feel for it to be listed as a 4 star, it needs an overall. It has a lot of potential just being where it sits. The staff was very helpful. My guest room was nothing fancy at all, but was very clean. I'll give it 3 1/2 stars.

Location is awesome. If they put some money into the hotel, like an overall it would be fantastic.

Sort of rundown and a lot of things didn't work, or were just plain worn out.

The 352-room Marriott West Palm Beach caters mainly to business travelers but has facilities well suited to the vacationer. The 10-story, non-smoking hotel is two miles from Palm Beach International Airport and provides a complimentary shuttle. Other items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, parking, a morning newspaper and local telephone calls. The full-service hotel has 13 meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest, the Regency Ballroom, can accommodate 700 guests. The hotel is a short drive from the Palm Beach county beaches, the Kravis Center for Performing Arts, Cruzan Amphitheatre and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. There are three golf courses close to the property and Palm Beach, with its multi-million dollar homes and exclusive shopping, is a short drive away across the Intracoastal Waterway,

Many customers say this is THE place to stay in West Palm Beach. Those who have stayed here say the rooms are spacious, the staff superb and the location great for seeing all the sights around Palm Beach County.
