We had two hotels on this trip. Homestead Suites was the other. Room was easy to find. Bright and pretty in and outside.
Had a pool, station with Tampa activities pamphlets and the kitchenette.
Too far from beaches and activities.

I would highly recommend this hotel. My fianc? and I stayed for three days/two nights. And were extremely pleased with the staff as well as the room. Very friendly, very clean. And might I add, the bed was amazing! The most comfortable bed I?ve ever slept in at a hotel. Prime location and close too many of the things we wished to do. Bush gardens were one of them! Would stay there again!

The floors and walls were thin. Could hear others.

I liked the area where located its family friendly environment technology savvy & user friendly. I felt I was as close to home or someplace I could call home.
Great conditions, personnel, facilities.
Annoyed when asked for a Spanish restaurant within the area. Not very knowledgeable about the area.

All the suites have a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, conventional and microwave oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster and silverware and dishes. Families visiting the Tampa area for an extended vacation said this Marriott property proved to be a little gem. The suites were clean and spacious and the kitchen enabled some home-cooked meals which saved on some restaurant bills. The location was good, within an easy drive of the beaches and attractions, and the friendly staff had lots of helpful hints about the sights to see and where to shop and dine.
