The employees were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are exceptional and extremely clean. Found the atmosphere to be relaxing and quiet. Picked because of location when we booked our cruise.

We stayed 1 night before our cruise. Werent too sure about the area in general, but we ventured out at night, and found people to be very friendly, just stay on the beaten path.(It was dark w/construction going on when we went). The bed was amazing!!! If ever in the area again, I would stay at this hotel.

We stayed here before our cruise left on Saturday. There is a shuttle that will take you to the Pier so it was very convenient.

I stayed here to be near an event in Ybor City. The new beds in Hampton Inns are fabulous. The staff on the other hand could have used a lesson or two. Paid parking, but be sure and ask for the hang tag. I was almost towed due to the ineptitude of the front desk staff. Otherwise, decent place to stay, but check their home website for better deals.

Room was very spacious. Continental breakfast tasty, beds very comfortable. Pillows left a lot to be desired.It took 40 minutes to get a cab at 5:30 am.
