Service at this hotel is supreme. Staff is friendly, efficient and professional. The lobby is colorful and bright and nicely appointed. A courtyard which borders the restaurante is reminiscent of something from the old country. An upstairs walkway takes you out to a plaza of wonderful shops and smaller restaurants. Besides the smaller than average rooms, a small on site spa (limited services) would make this hotel complete. I spent one night at The Renaissance Tampa International Plaza before commencing my cruise. The stay improved my cruising experience by affording me the time to relax after my flight and before bustling off.

On-site trottoria restaurante, the daily olive & breadstick bar, internet office(very convenient) and a fantastic staff!
