We were very pleased with this hotel on our visit to Tampa. Spent 2 nights prior to a cruise and would highly recommend it. The shitttle service will take you anywhere you want, the pool was great, but too much chlorine in the hot tub. (it bleached our bathing suits)The suites were lovely and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant at the Best Western around the corner is very good. Would definitely stay here again

Rooms were nice, a little stuffy, no noise from airport considering location, staff treated us like second class citizens because reserved through [a third party], stated "well the leftover rooms are for people like you", house keeping staff rude, I doubt I will ever stay there again

The shuttle wait at airport was less than 5 min, driver very nice and told us how to walk to the mall, less than 3 blks away. charleys steakhouse 2 blks away, a rental car place 1 blk....subway on corner. Room was 2 rooms....maid was great. i had do not disturb sign out and she left a huge bag a clean towels, coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, etc. brkfst is crowded if you go later, but go early and no one is there! computer access also .....it says only printing boarding passes, but you can go online and check your email also

This is not a bad hotel but not as good as the reviews. I have had budget hotels that were excellent. This is just above average. Noisy and a little worn.

I was very pleased. Even though I do not want the room cleaned the first day that I stayed over, they attached fresh towels to the door knob. I have never stayed in a hotel that did this. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Tampa. It is close to airport but i did not hear any planes. Staff was great. I recommend it.

We were pleasantly suprised at not only the decor but the cleanliness of this hotel. We did have a problem with the toliet in our room. The staff was very sympathetic to our needs and immediately moved us to another room. We will certainly stay there again if in the Tampa area. Super location....The most comfortable sleep EVER! The beds are amazing! Breakfast area was a little crowded...go early!

The only thing that I think needs to be looked at is that all the room were smoking rooms. This is what desk person told me at check-in.

Great value for dollar. Brand spanking new, extremely clean, high speed internet, free breakfast, very convenient to the airport. What more could a biz traveller want? This place is great!

The room was clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful, and the pool and spa were great. Also, the free shuttle to/from the airport was very convenient (and the drivers are willing to drive to nearby restaurants, malls, etc. - great if you don't have a rental car!). Will certainly consider in the future.

Unlike most hotels, we slept better here than we do at home! - wonderful pillows, mattresses, duvets. Good location with printed directions available to local sights. Breakfast was great & personnel were friendly & helpful.

This was an exceelent hotel- had to leave early in the morning so missed the breakfast but both teenage children enjoyed the heated outdoor pool immensely. very clean, comfortable beds-would definitely stay again.

Because most of my travel is for business, I seldom get to choose, let alone enjoy where, or how I stay. My recent trip to Tampa was an exception that exceeded my expectations. The room and facilities at the Marriot Springhill Suites were absolutly marvelous! I also had the chance to take my wife along, and even though we were unable to use the pool or the gym, we were so happy about not being disappointed, (like we usualy are) that our trip was wonderful!

Me and my family stayed here for 4 noghts and enjoyed every moment. The rooms and facilities were very clean. The breakfast is great. Very close to two shopping malls. The highway to Clearwater beach is nearby. We traveled to Disney World - only took us 1 hour. We enjoyed the sauna, swimming pool, and computer in rooms. Wonderful Stay.
