My floor was non-smoking, it didn't smell like smoke, Everything was clean. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. 2 queen beds + pullout couch were fine for me and my two teen daughters, and the price was decent. Continental breakfast was standard, food was fine. For the price, this hotel was decent and in a safe area, just off of I-75, easy to get to Busch Gardens and there is almost every dining facility you can think of within a four square block radius (100+ places to eat). So for the price and location, I'd stay there again.

100 words will not suffice - rooms are dated. Hotel insists they do not have any spare pillows. The complimentary breakfast was hard boiled eggs and generic cereal. Room keys don't work coming from the pool. Lobby was filled with more creepy bunnies to the point of wierdness. All employees congregate outside front door to smoke - classless.

The front desk service was horrible. Front desk staff had a poor attitude. It was not a good experience.
