We were blown away by the waterfall in the lobby - very chic! We were there for a concert. The hotel even had a shuttle to the venue! The room was great and the bed was comfy! Would recommend to anyone - price was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was great, spacious, quiet and the bed was amazing! It was so comfortable that I slept through the night. Typically, I wake up a number of times when I sleep in a hotel room....not this night!

The Crowne Plaza Tampa East is a great value for business and family travel. This stay I brought my wife and three small childre. The hotel's service was exceptional and the location was ideal. We were close to restaurants, Busch Gardens and shopping. Much better experience that recent trips to other area hotels. Love the sleep advantage program-very comfortble. Area and airport shuttle an additional plus. We will be back soon!

My wife & I almost always stay at this hotel when going to the Hard Rock casino. It is very close, always has available rooms on the weekends (it's a business hotel), and the sleep system is awesome. This time, the air conditioning wasn't working, but my wife was sick when we returned to our room at 3 in the morning, so I didn't complain to move rooms. We'll stay here again, because of our great experiences with the staff & the hotel in the past.

the waterfall was really cool.....but the staff wasn't all that friendly and their description of the rooms is unclear....but what can ya do....

THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMIDATING WHATEVER WE NEEDED THE OFFERED. THE KIDS LOVED IT ALSO. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEEPED.

Room was clean, spacious and well kept. Staff was very courteous. Bed was huge and comfortable. Semi-private balcony (open space with your neighbor?s balcony). Restaurant, gift shop, sports bar (which serves as a common area) are easily accessible. Complaints : charges for items that are complimentary at other places; for example no free internet access; no free local phone calls and additional charges are applied after 30 minutes. No breakfast buffet unless you stay in an executive suite. Stay at another hotel in the area (and there are others) with better amenities.

This property is very well kept. The suites are large & wonderful, huge dining table for snacks. You can tell they are always upgrading the hotel.
