The 74-room Quality Inn Airport is less than four miles from the Tampa International Airport and provides a free airport shuttle service between 6am and midnight. Other items include with the room rate are a deluxe continental breakfast, high-speed wired and wireless Internet access, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today and a local newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 50 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include the Port of Tampa cruise ship terminal, championship golf courses, the Gulf of Mexico beaches, the Tampa Convention Center, the Florida Aquarium, historic Ybor City, Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo, the St. Pete Times Forum and the Raymond James Stadium which is the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team.

This property was the Econo Lodge Midtown before being rebranded as the Quality Inn Airport. The location is good, close to lots of stores and restaurants, and the property is gated - so guests felt really safe. The prices were reasonable, the pool was small but pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing but many clients said they would stay here again on future visits to Tampa.
