The room was dirty and it smelled. it was not worth the money spent by far.

We stayed at this Hotel for my husbands birthday and we were so surprised at how amazing it was! The staff was excellent and the rooms were very nice! I recommend using Valet parking!

I stayed with my husband and 8 month old daughter at this hotel and we enjoyed nearly everything about it, except the elevators. A convention was in town, hotel was full, and for as big a hotel as it is, it only has 4 elevators in operation. It took forever to get on an elevator going up from any floor other than the lobby. Other than that, the stay was great. Service is EXCELLENT, rooms are clean and comfortable, even had a crib for the baby! Food is a bit pricey and just ok. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel experience was excellent. I'm glad I chose to stay at this hotel, it was cheaper than other hotels that had less amenities than this hotel. The rooms are not as big as my other pricier hotel stays but it will still a great size for my needs

This Hyatt is fine for business people and people attending a conference at the hotel. The location is poor for a family on vacation. It has a small lobby..no sofas or chairs to allow you to sit and relax.Its location is downtown where the few casual restaurants nearby are open for breakfast and lunch only. After five, the area is deserted. The hotel restaurant food is fair, service is fair and prices are high. One has to travel to dine at night.

Stay at this hotel frequently while visiting my daughter who is a student at University of Tampa. While it is not as nice as some of the Hyatts where I have stayed, it is fine for a weekend visit. Rooms are fine, but nothing fancy. Pool area nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar are nice.
