The 129-room Days Inn Port of Tampa Ybor City is two miles from the Port of Tampa and provides budget-priced accommodation equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate are a continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper and parking. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 40 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include historic Ybor City, the Gulf Coast beaches, the State Fairgrounds, Busch Gardens, the Florida Aquarium, the Seminole Gaming Palace and shopping at the Brandon Towne Center Mall.

Some guests who stayed at this Days Inn were not impressed while others accepted the fact that it was a budget hotel and as such provided clean inexpensive accommodation. Those going on a cruise said it was great being able to leave your car here while away at no cost. Those savings alone more than paid for a couple of nights of accommodation.
