The room was spacious and most importantly clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. In addition, check-out time was not until noon so I was able to handle my business in the morning without rushing to vacate my room by the usual 10:00am check-out time.
Convenience and cleanliness.
Rear entrance was secluded and made me nervous to use at night.

The room was great and typically we are very comfortable at La Quintas. Unfortunately we were given a room directly across the hall from a very noisy elevator.

The rooms and come with a choice of one king size bed or two double beds. The amenities include a work desk with high-speed Internet access, telephone with data port, coffeemaker, 25-inch television with cable movie and news channels, AM/FM radio-alarm clock, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Some rooms have the added benefits of a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Four suites and handicap accessible rooms are available.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting both the University or South Florida and Busch Gardens. Travelers who have stayed here say this La Quinta is pretty basic but the rates are reasonable and the property is clean and the employees work hard to insure everyone has an enjoyable stay. Several guests said they would stay here again while others said they would spend more money next time for a property with better amenities.
