Service was good. Room comfortable and clean. Shuttle driver was excellent. When I tried to book a room on my return to Tampa the price for one night was much more and not within my budget. Will go back again depending on the price.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and a discount offered for dining at the adjacent IHOP. Free shuttle to/from airport was an important perk.

Stayed there two nights. The rooms are in a need to be upgraded. There is a foul smell. also the curtains do not close on the windows and we had a room 6 feet from the pool. We had no privacy. Needs to be changed. Would not reccomend.

A new aide was being trained which added 15 minutes to check in. Matresses were uncomfortable, pillows rubbery, sink did not drain. Price seemed high

The front desk staff was excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was immaculate. Shuttle service to and from the airport was great and on schedule. I just can't get over how clean everything was and there was no chlorine or clorox smell. Fresh and clean smelling. We had a wonderful evening and will always stay at LaQuinta in the future.

Despite that fact that the hotel is only about a mile form the airport, they don,t actually have a shuttle. They hire a service once/ hour that also includes other hotels. I had to take a 4:45 AM shuttle, because the next one, 5:45 AM might have arrived too late.

The rooms are small and double beds (no queen beds in Florida?) were a tight fit, but for the price, it was good. It was clean and breakfast was adequate. Outside entryway is nice for unloading car. This hotel is older and close to the airport. Pool was nice.

Funky little place - a remodel of an old 50's motel, I'm pretty sure. Inner walls were painted brick and stone! But it felt recently remodeled, and it was reasonably clean. Beds & pillows were just ok - but then, it's not a spendy place. I didn't get my wakeup call, but other than that, service was friendly and efficient and the free shuttle to the airport was a plus for me. Enjoyed an evening dip in the pool. Was ok for the price. I'd stay again for one nights. - Didn't notice any dataports in the room, so wouldn't be great for business travel.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and the room seemed quite clean but there seemed to be the smell of something covering a smell...as in pets having been in the room. It stuffed up my nose. I won't stay in a hotel that allows pets again.

We were hoping for a pleasant last night in Florida after our cruise. The staff were not very hospitable. A couple of carloads of young people drove up about 12PM. They were extremely noisy. Their room was over ours and kept us woke until about 4am. The room area was clean.The bathroom in the room was so dirty. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned and the floor was filthy. We werent confortable getting complimentary breakfast (as if we would take out food) We would not visit there again nor would we recommend that place.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, staff very accommodating with directions and arrangements for car return and shuttle to airport. Did not get a receipt for the charges to my credit card. I was told Hotelsbycity would mail it to me.

For the money this is a good hotel to stay at. The room and linens were clean. There was plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower. Air conditioning worked too well! The pool area was very nice. Only complaints: near the stairwells was noisy and the parking was limited.

I was only concerned I would hear air traffic being so close to the airport.( w/in 1/4 mile) but no noise. Clean fresh room.Fresh towels left in bag on doornob b/c we left "Do not disturb" on.Missed breakfast-so no comment.Not luxury- but everything you need in clean & friendly place. Pool, kind of in parking lot area -not best feature but clean.Well worth the $, definatly would go back.

I read alot of reviews on hotels in this price range before booking. All the La Quintas (in Tampa) had good reviews & this one lived up to them. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone that needs an economical high quality room. Light sleepers may be bothered by airport traffic noise. Overall this was a great stay for a great price and the next time I have to be in the Bay Area I will stay again!

No complaints, room was small, but serviceable and clean. A bit noisy - people and aeroplanes - but we had no real complaints and it was great value. Would recommend it if you want to stay for one night close to the airport.
