This 133-room six story motor inn is one mile southeast of Tampa International Airport and is well suited to the businessman and leisure traveler who want good value accommodation in a good location. The Hampton Inn Tampa International Airport hotel is in the Westshore business district of Tampa. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and to other points within a one mile radius of the hotel. Included in the rates is a copy of USA Today, complimentary in-room movies, a hot breakfast, free Internet access throughout the property, free local phone calls and coffee and tea is available in the lobby 24/7. And every evening there are freshly baked cookies to enjoy.

All rooms come with cable TV, Internet access, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and IDD telephone and fully equipped bathroom with a hairdryer. More expensive larger rooms have a separate study, refrigerator and microwave oven. The inn also has connecting rooms.

Amenities offered

The 24 hour front desk provides message and fax service as well having information on neighboring attractions including Lowery Park Zoo, International Mall, Adventure Island and Busch Gardens. The Florida Gulf beaches are just 20 miles from the Inn. Apart from the breakfast service the Inn has no restaurant but there are numerous bars and eating spots close to the property. There is an outdoor pool with a sun deck, an exercise facility and a meeting room, accommodating up to 25 people.

From Tampa International Airport: Take Spruce Street exit. Turn right on Westshore Blvd. Turn right on Laurel Street. From 275-N: Exit 39A (Kennedy Blvd). Go Right off ramp to Westshore Blvd and turn left. Go one mile to Laurel Street and turn Left. From 275-S: Exit 40A (Westshore Blvd). Go right from the ramp to Laurel Street and turn left.
