Last week I was at a Disney Resort (Coronado Springs) The first room I was in had wet carpeting and smelled, the beds were hard and pillows were were flat, The first thing my kids said when they walked into the room at this Days Inn was how nice the room smelled, this was the best Days Inn I've ever stayed in, Thank You!
The room smelled great. It was clean and comfortable, better than a Disney hotel I was at last week.
No complaints at all.

This hotel has been recently completely refurbished with all new bathroom fixtures, carpet, bedding, drapes, air conditioner, television, paint, etc. The neighborhood has improved and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. This hotel has previously gotten bad reviews, but they have really cleaned it up. I would stay there again.
Completely refurbished rooms, clean, comfortable.
They got the number of days I was staying wrong and tried to give my room to someone else on the last night.

Considering tickets into Busch Gardens are almost $70 for adults and $60 for kids, this hotel is an excellent value for families in town to enjoy the park. And even better, you won't use up much gas trying to find something to eat considering there is a Dennys on site and more than 15 restaurants all withing walking distance.
