I did like it alot, and even though the first days were not that well service,,, the manager gave me 4 extra nights to help cover the damage... He was a great help, he up graded our room and gave us excellent service.

It wasn't a full service hotel so room wasn't cleaned after first night and towels restocked. was told it wasn't a full service hotel, which would have been fine if I had been prepared for that. I do not like the fact that you can not specify how many beds you would like when you are booking and it's too bad if you need 2 beds and are only booked for 1.
Was a nice room and clean.

Overall, this hotel was very nice. Everything in the room was clean except the bathroom. I liked the kitchen area with the appliances. My family enjoys eating and this gave us the opportunity to do so. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.
Convenient location, felt safe, friendly staff.
The bathroom floors were very dirty - housekeeping needs improvement.

All the studio suite rooms have a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave oven, stovetop and dining and cooking utensils. Other amenities include a workspace with computer dataport, wireless Internet access for a one-time fee of $4.99, telephone with voicemail, television with cable news and movie channels, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
Amenities offered
There are no meals served here but there are numerous restaurants nearby including Flannigan’s Bar and Grill, a Steak and Ale, Ruby Tuesdays, an Outback Steakhouse, Wendy’s and a Red Lobster. The reception office is open from 7.30am until 11pm on weekdays and from 9am until 11pm on weekends and has information on the area events and attractions area can assist with fax and copying needs. Housekeeping is limited but additional service can be provided for an additional fee. There is a guest laundry on-site.

There have been some changes made at this Homestead property. Earlier complaints about poor service and housekeeping have stopped. More recent clients say the accommodation is spotless and the small team of employees goes out of its way to be helpful and has lot of good information about places to eat and shop. Here is hoping the good work continues and the property can retain its YES rating.
