I plan to stay here on my next visit. Hotels are very high in season, but this place had a good rate was nice and clean and new.
New rooms. Cold A/C. Great rate. Beds are like a 5 star.
I know this area but the average person will have a hard time finding hotel.

We were pleasantly greeted although we arrived late in the evening. Location of hotel was in a safe area. Room temperature was perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable, best night's sleep I have had in a long time. Room was comfortable and clean. The only negative thing was a pair of flip-flops under the desk. The shoes blended in with the carpet so the oversight was understandable. Continental breakfast was pleasant. Staff for both shifts was friendly. Highly recommended and will stay again.

I would most certainly stay there again.
Nice room, conveniently located to what I arranged my trip for, very helpful staff.
Hot water, temperature was moderately acceptable but did not heat up to [my] expected temperature.

This Sleep Inn offers great value according to visitors to Sarasota who have stayed here. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable and the cheerful crew of employees provides top-notch service. The location is good in the cultural district and a short drive from the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Most guests had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers and said they would stay here again on future visits to southwest Florida.
