Excellent for a 5 day stay. Good parking. Convenient & good variety (included) breakfast.
Convenient location at excellent price for Siesta key.
Instructions on use of phone/voicemail both very good.

This hotel is in a great location, ten minute walk from a great beach. The rooms were comfortable but showing signs of wear (fixtures/faucets were crooked). But the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Workout room was closed for remodeling.

I should have gotten more for the money. The room was small and smelled of mildew. I expected better for 95.00 a day especially not being on one of the barrier islands. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Check in was great and they were able to accommodate a late check out. Breakfast was good.
Great staff very helpful. Nice pool area.
Small room, king room had a double bed.

This is a high quality Holiday Inn Express according to several visitors to Sarasota who have stayed here. They were impressed with the beautiful gardens that surround the property with seating, swings and a little fountain. The swimming pool was popular and many guests opted to relax here rather than the nearby beach which can get noisy. There were good reviews about the complimentary breakfast which had a good selection of hot dishes and many clients said they cannot wait to return to this hotel.
