Good and very clean. The exterior is misleading.
A little more variety needed in the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were very clean and up to date.

The pool's heater was inoperable and the pool was down for 2 days. The motel's exterior s/b updated.

For a basic place to sleep, this hotel is fine. The "continental breakfast" was less than continental, consisting of toastable "French toast", dry cereals, and coffee. The orange juice was pretty good!

They gave us toothpaste because we forgot to pack ours.

Air conditioning was noisy.

This is a popular mid-priced hotel and this Best Western gets many repeat clients. They say the property offers great value and the rooms here are nicely equipped and comfortable. The location is good near many of Sarasotas attractions and the staff is very attentive, friendly and efficient. First-time visitors were impressed with the attractive swimming pool and said the complimentary breakfast provided a great start to a Florida morning.
