The hotel is priced reasonably low for the area. We could not find an elevator, so had to carry luggage up staircase. Room was nice. Very clean. Pool was warm. Disappointed that there was no outdoor Jacuzzi. Great access to the beach. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast. While understaffed, we received excellent service. The waitress was top-notch. Overall, a nice hotel for Sanibel Island.
Affordable price for on the beach in Sanibel.
No elevators. No outdoor Jacuzzi.

All the guestrooms and two suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, cordless telephone, refrigerator, microwave oven, in-room safe, television with cable news and movie channels, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities and a hairdryer. The hotels Courtneys on Sanibel is open for breakfast and dinner and the poolside Tiki Bar is open for lunch. Room service is available from 5pm until 9pm and there is a cocktail lounge. Other amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, sun deck, tennis courts and a sports court. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on the area events and attractions. There is a guest laundry, dry cleaning service, copy and fax machines available for guest use, gift shop, newsstand, daily housekeeping and ice and vending machines.

Many visitors to Sanibel Island say this Holiday Inn offers the best value for money on the island. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the cheerful crew for employees works hard to insure everyone has a good time. Many families and couples return year after year to this hotel for vacations which is a great recommendation. There are however some guests who think it is time for an upgrade at this resort since things are starting to look a little dated. Despite this the majority of clients say they will return and have no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
