Our room had a dirty bathroom and no towels when we checked in at 9 pm. We were not checked in properly and someone was booked into our room after our arrival. It took 2 hours and multiple trips to the desk to finally get towels that we had to pull out of the dryer ourselves! The second day we returned to our room at 5 pm and our room had not been cleaned. The breakfast bar was not serviced properly: no eating utensils, no bowls, no large plates, warm yogurt, no eggs (two days in a row), and only one person trying to serve coffee, juice, replenish plates, and take money.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The amenities a great. Very clean pool and jacuzzi, Full service restraurant has a full country style breakfast for only $7.95 which was fabalous. They had many entree otions. Overall the hotel was great.

We enjoyed out stay in the Holiday Inn. The rooms were very nice, breakfast good and overall service excellent!

When most hotels offer nice upgraded continental breakfast's for FREE it was disappointing that this hotel offered a breakfast buffet and the food was horrible and it was $16.95 per person!! Nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, but eat somewhere else.

I thought everything was great. The hotel attendents were very accomodating and helpful. The only things I wasn't happy with was the breakfast buffet. There were not enough choices and the help wasn't very helpfull and also it could have been a cleaner environment at the breakfast bar. On a good note the rooms were clean and had the best pillows to sleep on.

What a pleasant surprise! The staff was courteous and the rooms were very clean. Reasonably priced and walking distance to historical downtown. Would definitely visit again.

Desk staff very friendly, room clean and comfortable. Hotel nicely decorated and well maintained. Didn't eat in the dining room but it looked clean and pleasant. Cool temp at time of visit but several visitors were enjoying the hot tub. Very convenient to downtown and Flagler College.

I travel alot, we can to St Augustine to get a way for a vacation I found the rooms to be excellent and new staff knows everything about the local historic area, In my opinion the best hotel in St Augustine.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very nice. Was a little worried about having a room next to the elvator but it never posed a problem. Very reasonable price for the quality of room.

The rooms were well decorated, clean, and the staff was very accomadating. The Breakfast Bar in lobby each morning had only coffee, juice and donuts. Bagels, or yogurt would have been nicer. It is only a short drive or an invigorating walk to the historic dist. The staff is very knowledgable.

Stayed in many motels but this was the nicest my wife and I experienced. Extremely neat, clean and staffed by friendly, curteous and helpful people.

This Holiday Inn is splendid! The common areas and rooms are upscale and clean. Staff quite helpful and friendly, excellent security. Had a restaurant, fitness room, pool and laundry room. The room was clean, large, well decorated and had a fridge and microwave. Coffee, jucie and muffins offerred in the lobby each morming, cookies in the evening. Very reasonably priced, convenient location but a long walk to the historic area---take a taxi.

WE STAYED HERE BECAUSE A FREIND OF OUR MENTIONED IT TO US WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL BY THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. THEY WERE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING IN THE HISTORIC AREA.
