Hampton Inn St. Augustine/Downtown Historic District in Saint Augustine Florida

I was very impressed with the service and the appearance of this hotel for the rate that was given. It was very clean and the staff was very polite and willing to cater to you. The customer service was almost the best that I have experienced. The rooms were spacious and well arranged. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. I expected the continental breakfast to be boring like most hotels but they exceeded my expectations. I was very surprised and satisfied. If I am in this area, I will plan to stay at this Hampton Inn.

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good with a nice variety. The only problem I had was that the beds were not the most comfortable. The kids had fun going to the pool and hot tub every night before bed. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
