Overall pleased with our stay. Location can't be beat; however parking was an absolute hassle. Staff was very friendly, although some had accents that were hard to understand. Carpeting needs upgrading or renovated. Awesome television, decent beds. Bathrooms need some attention.
Wonderful location, friendly staff, nice lobby, decent pool/hot tub.
Parking was less than satisfactory, and the room had an unpleasant smell.

Many hotels in St. Augustine are somewhat old and dirty, this one was spotless.
The hotel seemed to be new or completely refurbished, very clean.
The hotel restaurant was a dump.

The hotel met our expectations and afforded us a reasonably priced place to gather and be together as a family. We all agreed we would return.
Exceptional shower in bathroom and very good, central location.
The small child's crib that was provided needed to be tightened for safety.

Patrons appreciated the amenities they received, especially for the price paid. The location is good for seeing the surrounding sites and the nearby tour tram is also a nice benefit. There were a few negative reviews about the rooms but the hotel has undergone renovations so hopefully those issues have been cleared up.
