I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very pleasant and professional. I would stay there again if return to Pensacola FL.

Very friendly. Continental breakfast minimal and short hours. Numerous key card problems. Had to switch rooms twice. Staff very helpful though.

It was nice and clean but, the front desk lady said that it was not ready at 2:00pm. The check-in time was at 2:00 pm. We didn't like the idea that we had to wait.
Clean and comfortable.
Not enough towels and ice machine broken.

The friendly employees and reasonable rates were two items that guests remembered about their stay at this Howard Johnson Express. Several guests said they were not very impressed with the exterior of the hotel but said once inside they felt comfortable and said the rooms were clean, well equipped and maintained. There were good reviews about the complimentary breakfast and the pleasant, quiet location of the property. Most clients had no problem recommending the property to others and said they would return to this motel on future visits to Pensacola.
