The manager was polite and helpful. He loaned us his Atlas so we could find a state park we were looking for in the near by area

Wasn't any thing to brag about.. The room smelled and was not very clean... Strip club across the street though
Poor value - posted on 05/21/2006
We were very disappointed, especially for the room rate. The room was so dirty that we did not dare walk barefoot. The rugs and furniture was worn out. The refrigerator looked like it was a college dorm room. There was mold on the shower curtain liner. The free breakfast is a joke, with 2 tables in what was already a small lobby. The food and beverage selections were the worse that we have seen in any hotel.

A fair stay - posted on 01/06/2006
This hotel is a fair place to stay. For business travellers it works well. Most vacationers would like a better maintained facility but it was OK for me.
Not that bad - posted on 05/30/2005
Stayed at this hotel Memorial Weekend. It's not that bad...this is not a 5-star hotel so anyone going there with that intention will be disappointed. We found the rooms clean and presentable. This is a "kiddie city" so you will see lots highschool and college students at this hotel because of its budget status. We stayed in a room overlooking the ocean - steps to the beach - was worth it for me.
Yuck - posted on 02/17/2005
This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in! The carpet in the room was badly stained, and not vacuumed, the towels needed to be replaced - they were brown with stains! So bad I went to Wal-Mart and purchased Towels to use for the 2 nights I stayed! I stayed here while participating in a convention in Feb 2005, Panama City is dead in the winter, the hotel rooms should have been spotless.
