The hotel lobby had a stale smell when we first arrived. The restroom was not stocked with enough towels either and the bedding (blanket) was worn-had holes burned in it on the bed I slept in, but the staff was friendly. I was there on business and the hotel was centrally located to every place I was visiting so it worked out great. Continental breakfast as decent. I would likely stay there again.

We selected this hotel because it was pet friendly. It was in a busy area, but had a place to walk our dog. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Good breakfast. Close to restaurants

Great hotel with superb customer service! Neat, clean and willing to please. Only issue was check in - had to wait until 5:30 for room to be ready. But, it was very clean and welcoming.

The laundry facilities is only 1 washer and 1 dryer which was always running, the breakfast could use more options. Is located within walking distance of the mall and several stores. Very good service and very clean.

Average hotel. Rugs are stained throughout and room furniture needs to be replaced. However, they are pet-friendly.

This hotel is much cleaner and newer than most hotels that allow pets.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms were immaculate, the morning continental breakfast was among the best we have ever had, service was top-notch and the desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The desk clerk on duty at our arrival (Phil) was extremely professional and courteous and went well above our expectations. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Panama City

We were stuck in a hotel nearby that was a dump, and we finally came to the La Quinta, it was luxurious compared to the other hotel, and on my picky scale of 1-5 I give it a 3 or 4, it was clean, spacious, bright, welcoming, and easy to get into and out of our room while our infant slept.
