We stayed at the Comfort Inn and traveled to Panama City Beach daily. It was only a 15 minute drive to the beach and just far enough away from the college crowds and traffic there for Spring Break. There were many stores and restaurants in close proximity. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool looked nice but we never had a chance to get in. We didn't look at the conference room, but there were groups utilizing it daily.

Priced and named like business destination...but... Room lock non-functional, hole in wall by bathroom, cig burns on phone, too few internet bridges (wireless only).

We are never going back to this hotel.Your front desk people did not have a clue or show any interest when we asked them questions about the area. We were given an awful look when we asked for extra towels.We asked for a blanket for the roll away bed (because it came with sheets only) and we were asked why? Then she said quote "I need to write this down"Next to the cafeteria, several of your employess were smoking and chatting.Your personnel need a big improvement in customer service skills.
