About the Comfort Inn & Conference Center

The 105-room Comfort Inn and Conference Center is located three miles from the Panama City-Bay County International Airport and close to many area attractions including Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, St. Andrews State Park and the Marina Civic Center. The property caters equally well for business and leisure travelers and provides a free expanded continental breakfast each day and a free wine and cheese party Monday through Wednesday evenings from 5.30pm until 7.30pm. The Panama City Mall is across the street from the hotel and the beaches, deep-sea fishing and water sports are a short drive away.

Families loved this inn. Children loved the pool and mom dad liked the reasonable prices and enjoyed the well-kept gardens. Spacious accommodation and helpful and attentive staff also got good grades. A word of warning from former visitors: The hotel is pet friendly but be sure to tell the hotel when you check-in. Other amenities include coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, IDD telephone with data port, and cable television with movie channels and a hair dryer. Handicap accessible and non-smoking rooms are also available.

The hotel has an exercise room, outside swimming pool, barbecue area, basketball court and landscaped gardens. Business services include copy, fax and mailing facilities. Apart from the free continental breakfast no other meals are available but there several lounges and restaurants nearby. The free-standing, multi-functional conference center has 2,000 square feet of space for business and social functions. There is a coin-operated laundry at the hotel and the 24-hour front desk has information on the nearby attractions.
