Room service was lazy. They did not make up my room daily. Using the excuse that I did not leave my room prior to 1pm, however I was out daily prior to noon. I feel for the price I paid, regardless, my room should have been taken care of daily. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned on any day.

Travelers to Palm Coast who selected this Holiday Inn Express for their visit were delighted with their decision. The rooms were bright and cheery, spotless and well equipped. The employees were much appreciated for making the extra effort to insure all visitors had an enjoyable stay. The location was good, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. And most important, the rates were reasonable considering they included a very tasty breakfast buffet.
