An expansive 54-acre resort aimed at families, the six-story, 209-suite Fountains resort is located on Lake Eve only three miles from SeaWorld and eight miles from Walt Disney World. The number of recreational options on-site may become more popular than visiting the other theme parks. Accommodations are large and beautifully decorated and well supplied for group living; guests will feel right at home. There’s even a 20,000 clubhouse with restaurants, teen and children’s activity center. To save on dining out, there’s an excellent Public supermarket nearby for groceries, snacks and laundry detergent.

Although this is a great resort, it’s also a time share facility but there is little or no pressure to attend a presentation. Lots of nice amenities and recreational facilities (especially being on a lake), wonderful staff ready to help, and scheduled activities and programs for all age groups make this a good choice for families or singles. The Fountains Accommodations

Guests will enjoy roomy two-bedroom, two bath condos that overlook the lake with lots of extras that include a full kitchen with, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, a blender, coffee maker, cable TV, DVD and CD players, and CD and the all-important washer and dryer.

Amenities offered

There’s everything a family with active kids will want for recreation and entertainment plus an arcade and game room, fishing and boating on the lake, pool table, children’s playground, a large indoor/outdoor swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. Other amenities guests will enjoy are BBQ grills and picnic area, poolside snack bar and lounge, fitness center and sauna, gift shop, business and dry cleaning services.

From Orlando International Airport: Take Airport Drive north and onto the Beeline Expressway (State Road 528) west. Exit onto International Drive south. The hotel is on the right.
