This hotel is mostly geared for the business traveler. The staff needs to pay better attention to detail, like request for turndown service promised, but not done. Can only valet park your car, which can be a wait during checkout. The pool at JW Marriott is better for kids, as well as their volleyball grounds. The food was pricey, but excellent.

This Hotel is indeed very nice, but I see why it is rated at 4 stars instead of 5 stars. They need to pay more attention to the details. May be, laid back is how to describe the place? House keeping indeed missed few places everyday like the first reviewer mentioned. It is indeed a nice hotel, and it is at very convenient location to the Sea world, Discovery Cove, and 15 min. to Disney World, or 10 min. to Premier Outlet Mall. There is a Publix super market, and McDonalds near by, if you?d like to save few bucks.

Hotel is very nice. The spa is an oasis and the treatments were wonderful. Morning breakfast service at the Vineyard Grill was slow and aloof. Food was fine. There could be some improvement in housekeeping, as our room had some places missed each day. Pool and spa facilities are excellent.

I am a very frequent business traveler and have stayed at thousands of hotels all over the country - this property rates in my top 3. Courteous staff, extremely clean rooms, attention to detail, excellent fitness center/spa, beautiful pool and grounds.

We ended up here when another hotel had overbooked us. We were SO glad they did! Rooms were beautiful, service was awesome, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Room service was fast and fairly priced and quite yummy! Stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Will certainly return!!
