Thoroughly enjoyed the three days here with my family. Very kind staff. We accidentally left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, so they did not clean our room. When we told them, they had it spotless in less than an hour. Very impressed!

We ended up going to this hotel because our other hotel was horrendous. The manager took his time to show us the rooms and we were pleasantly pleased. Beautiful place and GREAT PRICE

This is the second visit with this hotel. My first visit was in 04-06 and I enjoyed the service then. The valet attendant knew which car I drove and was very prompt. In Nov the first room I received had a loud a/c unit and I was able to change rooms within minutes

the swimming pool was closed for repair 2 of the 4 days i was there, the sink and tub stoppers weren't working, for the money i was not impressed.

Parking is the biggest problem at this hotel. On busy nights there are no spaces. Even the valet lot is full. Great location near Universal, I-4, and I-Drive. Food is so-so. Fitness center, pool area, and lobby are nice. Our room was a bit cramped and you could easlily hear the people in the next room over. Housekeeping was a problem. When we got back at 5:00 PM one day to take a nap our room was still not made up.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. I read the reviews before booking it and everyone gave great reviews about the bed and the service. Well, they were right. I had the best sleep ever. The service was perfect and the location ideal for visiting Universal Studios and or Sea World. I am planning another trip next month and I look forward to staying at this same location.

Great location, clean, and great room. The bed was awesome! Had a nice breakfast in hotel rest. and the pool was nice. Gift shop was open late with snacks and they even offered free tram to universal. Definitely would stay again!

I was so impressed with this hotel.Baggage porter was awesome,as was room service. However, my room was not cleaned 2 days in a row! After a long tiring day at the parks, the last thing I wanted to see was an unclean room. It did'nt seem like a big deal to the staff. I had to leave the room to have it cleaned. It would have been nice, and courteous to maybe have a complementary breakfast or something for my inconvenience! Other than that..this place is great. I did'nt want to leave the beds!!

We arrived with a group of 60 people. The hotel was not prepared for us. We waited in the lobby over 2 hours to get checked in. We were then told all shuttles were done for the day. Do not stay at this hotel unless you have your own rental car. Their shuttle service was terrible, it was late and slow. The customer service at the hotel was not good. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Stayed with my wife and two kids for two nights. Room was in very good condition. Wonderful pool and exercise room. Service was v.good, too. Highly recommended.

The Hotel beds are the best I have ever slept in. I also found the staff very helpfull, We will stay at this hotel on our next trip to Orlando

One of the best hotels I'v stayed at for the money. Valet parking, room service, breakfast in bed, privacy, security, and the list goes on. I would suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay during a Orlando vacation.
