The 400-room Crowne Plaza Universal Orlando provides luxury accommodation equally suited to the upmarket pleasure or business traveler. Items included with the room rate at this 15-story, non-smoking hotel are a shuttle to nearby attractions, in-room tea and coffee, a morning newspaper and parking. There are 15 rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 410 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include Walt Disney World, Sea World, Wet ‘n Wild water park, the Islands of Adventure amusement park, Universal Studios and the City Walk entertainment complex, the Orlando Convention Center, Sea World, the Florida Citrus Bowl, Amway Arena, home of the Orlando Magic basketball team and shopping along International Drive and at the Prime Outlet Shopping Mall and Fashion Square Mall.

Frequent travelers to Orlando rate this as one of the best places to stay in town. The service is superb and the rooms well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. Room service was swift but expensive. Several clients noted that there were many less expensive hotels close to this property but the extra dollars spent here were well worthwhile. Crowne Plaza Universal Orlando Accommodations

All of the guestrooms and 92 suites have a work desk with Internet access, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, CD player, in-room safe, alarm clock, two two-line telephones with voicemail and speakerphone, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Rollaway beds and connecting rooms are available.

The hotel’s Arcanjo’s Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and room service is available from 6.30am until 11pm. There is a poolside bar and a lobby lounge.
