The Crowne Plaza was a very nice, classy hotel with comfortable bedding and a friendly staff.

Comfortable beds, easy parking, friendly staff, price.

Would return due to location and access to highways. Pool was quite warm for 90 degrees that day-not very refreshing.

Clean, nice location, friendly staff.

Asked 3 days in advance for early check-in-- were not prepared. Felt "unimportant" because we were wearing shorts, not suits.

The 400-room Crowne Plaza Universal Orlando provides luxury accommodation equally suited to the upmarket pleasure or business traveler. Frequent travelers to Orlando rate this as one of the best places to stay in town. The service is superb and the rooms well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. Room service was swift but expensive. Several clients noted that there were many less expensive hotels close to this property but the extra dollars spent here were well worthwhile. Most guests said they would use this Crowne Plaza on future visits to Central Florida and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
