First off, my children were dying to have pizza hut when we arrived. We were running late and long story short, we called minutes before closing as were were navigating Orlando in our newly rented car. They were about to close but managed to fix up five personal pan pizzas. They left them at the bar for us to pick up upon arrival. We beat them out of the oven but were they good!. The room was very clean and quiet. We were so tired we accidently slept through breakfast. This shows how quiet it was. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay there again for sure.

My husband and I stayed for one night and it was GREAT!! They gave us a 2 bedroom suite/2 bathrooms with a kitchen and living room...I asked for a room near an elevator and they gave it to me..No complaints!! Everyone was friendly and helpful...Breakfast was great too! Will stay here again!!

great place to stay!!! only thing i would reccomend better shuttle service communication, and more avalibility. but everything else was great!!! would come back again with the family or with just me and mt husband.

I use stairs more than elevators, but the elevators are at the ends of the long hallways. It is hard to carry heavy loads up many flights of stairs. Breakfast and the pool (open til 11PM!) are outstanding. I reserved a room with 2 double beds. I even called the hotel ahead to confirm the second bed and was assured there would be 2 beds (plus the sleeper sofa). When we arrived the room had one double bed. The hotel would not switch me any of the 3 nights. Aside from that 1 problem, the experience was terrific.

We had a very large room that was spotless & had everything we could think of. The pool area was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of tables, chairs and towels and the poolside bar and Pizza Hut was very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a great selection: eggs, ham, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast and more. The only complaint we had was the concierge desk was more interested in getting us to the time share talk than giving directions. We will choose this hotel again for our next visit.

We were on our honeymoon and had such a wonderful time. The hotel was excellent. Very comfortable bed and a very clean room. Every staff member went over and above to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast bar is the best we have ever had and it is complementary. There is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel that will take you anywhere up and down the strip. Easy access to all activities. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and our stay there.

The hotel was great. The room was huge, and had everything you could imagine. The only thing is that there was pink spit on one of the walls behind the curtain. The rest of the room and hotel were great, and close to everything.

The reviews was correct! This hotel is the best for the price with a great breakfast buffet. This hotel is worth the price only about 5 miles to Disney World, it never took us over 15 minutes to get back to the hotel at night from Disney! It is also nestled in the famous Strip, International Drive and Convention Center, which is loaded with tons of resturants. A straight shot to and from the airport from here also. Hey, you can even walk to Seaworld if you like. Saves you a lot of time just to eat breakfast from the hotel, you'll need the energy for Disney.

Booked this hotel based on reviews. A good deal for the money. Breakfast is great. Room has nice layout, kitchen is a plus. Wireless network free for one day only, very slow 128 first night, 256 kbps second. Shower had a small dust bunnie, vanity had lotion drops on wall. Bedroom and kitchen were clean. I will stay here again, but bring my own cleaning supplies.

Chose this Residence Inn because of all the good reviews. Everyone helpful and pleasant, from the front desk to the cleaning personnel. Everything clean and neat. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Nicely equipped kitchen. Quiet location. Everything is as shown in pictures. Can't wait to go back. Great experience staying here.

We actually was on our honeymoon during this trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves The pool yard was beautiful and the poolside bar and Pizza Hut was of great convenience. The room was great and exactly as it appeared and explained on reservations. I would recommend this as they had a shuttle to almost every attraction and if they didn't, there was a city bus that costs $1/person that makes a stop close to the hotel. Would recommend this to everyone!

It was a great time we would go again. The hotel was clean, bed soft and staff great. We would recommend the time share talk to save money on the park tickets. But make sure you eat before you go the breakfast at the hotel is much better than at the time share talk. Side note rent a car the I-Ride is not reliable and the free shuttle is not flexible enough. We would go back again we love it. Got much more than you pay for!!

Loved it! Clean, large rooms. Beautiful public areas, pool bar and snack bar, great heated pool. Game room, B-ball court and volley ball for kids. Great location. 10 mins to Disney, 14 mins to Universal, 2 mins to SeaWorld. Staff friendly. Fantastic value for the price! Would recommed this hotel to anyone. Loved, loved, loved it!

Everything is clean, friendly staff, great free hot breakfast buffet. The pool is clean. Location is a plus, easy to access to Disney Parks, Seaworld. Overall a great experience.

This was truly one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. The rooms are huge! Everything was immaculately clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. It was quiet and peaceful and we all slept great. The kids had a great time in the pool, the basketball court and game room. Breakfast was a nice treat, with a lot of hot food. It was a great way to start a long day at the park. The staff was very nice and accomodating. We will definately be coming back here again.

Wow..What a great place to stay at Orlando. Hotel is great. Rooms are big, comfortable. All rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and two range cooktop. Pool is clean and kid friendly. Breakfast was great with anything you can imagine. If your a family looking for great hotel and easy access to Walt Disney Parks, Seaworld, this is the place to stay. We will schedule our next stay here for sure. You can bet on this one...Have a great vacation

Met all expectations. Rooms were clean, comfy,and up to date. Free hot breakfast buffet was good, plenty of towels in room at at pool, friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Very pleased that the hotel fixed a problem I had booking.I traveled with my sons, 12 and 9. We loved this place and the heated pool too! Everything was clean and new. Poolside music was very vacation-like. Room had a full size fridge, small stovetop, & micro-all helpful if you buy some groceries.On-site Pizza Hut(not only pizza) and poolside bar very convenient. Located on trolley line made it easy to get to Sea World. Very active at night at pool and volleyball court. Small arcade, BBQ and lounge areas a nice touch. I would definetely return!!!

My wife and I have stayed at a lot of Orlando hotels and this was probably our favorite so far. The hotel is very modern & clean, the rooms are large and very nice, and the people that work there are all very friendly and helpful. Location is also a plus - right of I4 and close to all parks & the big Premium Outlet Mall (which may not have been good - my wife went crazy shopping there). Overall a great experience.

for the price you get so much. the rooms were very nice and rather large. the beds were very comfortable and the sleeper sofa wasn't bad either. would recommend to anybody looking for an affordable, nice place to stay.

I previously worked for a large hotel company as a corporate trainer. This hotel meets and exceeds my expectations. I bring my family here every year in October for the wonderful activities that Sea World has to offer for Halloween. the quality of this hotel, the rooms, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere is well worth the price. I won't stay anywhere else!

Our family of 4 with 2 teens was very comfortable. Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job, pool and outdoor recreation areas were great. The hot complimentary breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again.

I was in Orlanod for a 3 day conference. This hotel is very close to International Drive. Atmosphere is very peacful. Away form the hustle-bustle of International Drive. Room was always clean. Breakfast is wonderful! Pool is great! Hot tub is great! Music playing around pool area is a nice touch! Very safe! Nice that there is a Pizza Hut/combination snack shop on location. Very comfortable beds!

Excellent clean and great location. Quiet and off the beaten path made our stay more enjoyable. Pool is very nice. Breakfast buffet was good enough to start the day. This one is so good you probably shouldn't give its location away. Two complaints- the shower area has low lighting and housecleaning was late in the afternoon.

mom on vacation with two mall children. found room clean pool great after day at parks. shuttle needs work not many departs and pick up times.
