The hotel is locate in a very isolated area with No big hotel sign. Hard to find

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in in Orlando. The breakfast was good too. The only problem was that we got there at 12pm and couldnt check in until 3pm. that is the normal checkin time for other hotels but usually you can get in earlier. Easy access getting to universal studios. No

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE...BATHROOM SMELLED VERY STRONGLY LIKE BODY ODOR. STAFF WAS VERY RUDE...CUSTOMER WAS AN INCONVIENCE. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN BECAUSE THE STAFF WAS SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. THE FIRST ROOM THE DOOR WOULDN'T LATCH CLOSED AND I WAS EXPECTED TO WAIT FOR MAINTENANCE TO FIX...HAD TO ASK FOR A NEW ROOM. STAFF HAD NO CLUE ABOUT LOCAL PLACES AND BRUSHED ME OFF AND TOLD ME TO LOOK AT BROCHURES INSTEAD! VERY SAD BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE.

The hotel was very clean and the room was large. The bathroom showed some wear. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant. The closeness to Universal Studios was a plus. Good value for the price.

I?m not sure how the Hotel industry defines ?suites? but in my opinion these definitely are not suites. Basically these are just regular old one-room, window unit A/C standard hotel rooms with a fold-out sofa crammed into the front part of the room. We were very disappointed! This might be ok for a couple on a budget, but if you have kids you will likely find yourself very cramped. Also be aware that this looks to be an older property. Recently remodeled perhaps, but it is obviously not very new. Beware! There are much better properties in the area!

For the past 2-years I have stayed at this location. This time I arrived around 11pm to find they did not have a room reservation. In hand I showed the clerk my printed confirmation stating I had reservations at this location. The clerk told me he did not have a reservation for me but I can check in across the way at one of their other locations. I did not want that location because I stayed before and did not enjoy my stay. He stated he could not help me any further, ignored me and started talking with some kids.

Conveniently located across from Universal Studios and near major highways. Spotless, roomy suites. Good restaurant selection nearby. Free continental breakfast was nice. Needs some snack food vending machines. Overall a great place to stay.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The continental breakfast is more than that! The coffee excellent! What more could you want for this price?

This hotel was quite nice, comparable to Comfort Suites Maingate East. Rooms are fairly large. Good-size pool, hot tub, and game room, but exercise room is tiny. Breakfast area too small for number of guests. Next to many other hotels, including extended-stay types (definitely not a high-class resort area).

we were given the wrong room upon checking in in the middle of the night so did not question it, then we were locked out of our room 2 days afterwards and had to make a room change in late at night again

This hotel was a perfect pick. Very clean, modern. The staff was very professional and service oriented. Great location... just minutes from Universal Studios!

This was a very nice and affordable hotel. It was very close to Universal Studios, which was where we were going. The breakfast buffet was limited, but is great if you just want something light. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Five girls stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. All around, hotel was great. We did ask for extra blankets which they said they had none. They also screwed the windows shut which would have been nice to open. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Would definetly stay here again...we even were able to watch moview that were still in the theaters on our tv!

I chose the hotel based on the ratings and was very pleased. I'm "picky" and found nothing at all to address with the staff. This hotel is obviously very well managed. The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything is clean. I'll stay here again

Hotel is clean, well maintained, close to area attractions, quiet. The breakfast could be improved a bit, just non name brand donuts, coffee and juices, but it was free! Definetly a good stay given its locale.

We found this hotel online and were very pleased with ALL of the services, amenities and the room was very clean. The location was perfect...near ALL of the places one would want to visit while in Orlando. The front desk was always there for us to answer questions and give directions. The girls were polite and informed.

Nice place, but twice when we had been out until almost 4pm our room wasn't made up. Front desk was helpful. Breakfast was good and a real money saver

After much internet research, we chose this hotel and we were not disappointed. Large, clean rooms. Great pool area w/hot tub (piped in music was a nice touch), clean towels at pool. Breakfast was generous and had variety. The front desk was helpful and courteous. All the staff were quick to meet any need. Location was close to all our parks, yet off the main road enough to provide for a quiet nights rest. We will keep this hotel on our list for return trips. This Comfort Suites made our family vacation most enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay for 6 nights. Hot tub and pool were great the large rooms are comfortable for a long stay. close to Universal
