We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was great for what we were in town to do. I liked the breakfast in the morning it was quick and easy to take back to our room. The only thing I had a problem with was that the drink machines on all floors were out of most things and it would only take change, but the light that told you that was not on. Also I would have thought that a hotel so close to Orlando attractions would have been decorated a little nicer. Over all the stay was good and we would stay there again.

I loved the location! Very close to Universal and many great dining choices.

The rooms were pretty outdated, and the description of the room we booked was some what misleading.

This is a great location if you are planning to go to Universal Studios, about as close (1/2 mile walk) as you can get without staying on the Universal property. The breakfast is OK, but gets very crowded, short on tables for number of guests.

Good location, very clean and spacious rooms.

Front desk staff not very friendly and not helpful with area attraction or shuttle service information.

The hotel was family friendly and I would use it again and refer it to a friend, neighbor, or coworker.

The location was close to Universal Studios where if you chose to you could walk, but a shuttle service to Universal Studios was also provided.

The virtual tour of the rooms were deceiving.

The 101 all-suites Comfort Suites Universal Studios Area is located close to several major Orlando attractions and two miles from the Orange County Convention Center. Items included with the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are a shuttle to Universal Studios, the Wet n Wild water park and Sea World, a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a newspaper on weekday mornings and parking. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 50 guests. Walt Disney World is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Other area landmarks and attractions include downtown Orlando, the Islands of Adventure amusement park, Gatorland, the Florida Citrus Bowl, Amway Arena, home of the Orlando Magic basketball team and shopping at the Prime Outlet Shopping Mall and Fashion Square Mall.

Families and couples here to enjoy the Orlando theme parks said this is a great place to stay. The suites, with two queen beds and a sofa bed, are spacious, well equipped and squeaky clean. The service was friendly and the breakfast far better than most guests expected. Several guests said there was less expensive accommodation nearby but the extra dollars spent here were well spent. Most clients say this is the place they will stay the next time they come to town and they plan to recommend this hotel to family and friends.
