This hotel was in very good condition both in the lobby and the rooms. The staff was friendly. It was difficult to find at first because the sign is not prominent. There was a lack of parking the two nights I was there although the hotel was booked to capacity. The breakfast was not the greatest and was expensive. Overall this hotel met my needs because it was reasonably priced, conveniently located, fresh and clean. I would consider staying there again.

The pillows in the hotel were great! Service was good also. After two days, when I checked out, the desk clerk remembered my name. That made me feel good.

Quiet. Nice restaurants within close walking distance. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Avg. size. Pool small but clean. Need to improve water pressure. Carpet needs a little attention. Nice lobby and dining area. Really enjoyed Cont.brkfst. Relatively close to Univeral, Wet and Wild, and Sea World. Staff not very warm but accomodating and cordial.

We had to clean our rooms one day, because housekeeping never showed up. The next day, I was at a rubber stamping convention all day,leaving the hotel at 7a and returned at 5:45p and my room was not cleaned. We then tried to get a later check out than 11a, using us cleaning our rooms and that was a no go. It is a 1 mile walk to the convention center. The trolley does run, but doesn't start until 8a. On the upside, the front desk helped in anyway they could to make the stay more peasaureable (except the late check out).
