The hotel was very clean and was a perfect spot to stay overnight in orlando without paying a lot of money. I ranked my experience a 5 since it was close to everything and breakfast was included.

like the location. Across the parking lot from Orlando Ale House and across the street from Carrabbas. Shuttles available to ALL Orlando Parks. who could ask for more?

This Fairfield was clean, had new, high thread-count sheets and was in a great location. It is directly across from Universal Studios and in walking distance of University of Phoenix training center. Additionally, there is free parking and there are restaurants in walking distance.

We had reserved a King size room at our stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites in Orlando, FL. We were extremely pleased with our choice. Our room was extremely clean and neat, and it had no "smell" at all. The bed was extra comfortable and it was plush not hard like some other hotels. The hotel was also walking distance to many eateries around that area!! Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!!

I found this location to be excellent in value. The rooms were clean and large. The staff was very attentive. Very close to Universal and restaurants. Continental breakfast was excellent. We will be back..

Our non-smoking room was very clean, quiet, and nice. (If you want non-smoking, be sure to ask for it when confirming your reservation.) Continental breakfast was terrific; make your own waffles, variety of cereals, bagels, doughnuts, juices & fruits. Close to Universal Studios, there is a shuttle but it is most convenient to drive & park. (It is too far to walk.) No fridge, no unnecessary frills, but great quality for the price. We would definitely stay again and again.

This was the most pleasant place we stayed on our trip to Florida. VERY clean rooms, hallways and breakfast room. My first choice is ALWAYS a Marriot property.

We were happy with our 6-day stay here. Very convenient to Universal parks. (Though the shuttle bus was a little smelly) Easy access to the highway. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast was a nice way to start the day and avoid expensive food prices in the area.

Staff was friendly and exceeded our expectations. Room very clean and quiet. Entire hotel very clean. Continental bkfst with great variety, fresh and clean. Close to Universal Studios.
