The 78-room Comfort Suites Downtown provides affordable, quality accommodation designed for the business traveler. The hotel is close to conference centers, government offices and across the street from the Florida Hospital. Items included with the room rate are a deluxe continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today, in-room tea and coffee and parking. The hotel has event spaces for business conferences and reunions. Area attractions and landmarks and attractions include the Mennello Museum of American Art, the Harry P. Leu Gardens, the Orange County History Center, the Orlando Ballet, Florida Citrus Bowl and Amway Arena, home of the Orlando Magic basketball team.

Business clients were impressed with this hotel. The rates were reasonable for a downtown hotel, the rooms were spacious and there was a 24-hour business center. The location is not the best if you are here to visit the theme parks but ideal if you need to be downtown and close to the Florida Hospital, which is across the street.
